Our Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Prompt exchange or refund will be made when items are returned to us unworn with original receipt within 30 Days of purchase. We will replace it, refund your purchase price or credit your credit card account, as you wish. We do not want you to have anything from Silver Spur Western Store that is not completely satisfactory. If an exchange is made that is not in our error, Customer will be charged for new shipping.
Ordering Information
To order, go to the product you wish to order, fill out the options and quantity desired and click on the "Add to Cart" button. From that point on, your order is on a SECURE server. When you are done selecting what you wish to order, click on the "Check Out" button. You will then be asked for your ordering information. FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS ONLY.
Satisfaction Guaranteed-Prompt exchange or refund (minus shipping and Handling) will be made when boots are returned unworn with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Soles must not be scuffed. Please return boots in their original shipping carton or a comparable container with your instructions in an envelope attached to the outside. If a pair of boots that you have worn has not performed satisfactorily, please write us, clearly stating the cause of your dissatisfaction, in order that we may advise what action should be taken. Losses, shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported within 6 days of receipt of shipment.
Terms-We accept your check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Please do not send cash.
Prices-Since we have no control over manufacturers costs or their increased prices to us, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Should this situation occur, we will contact you before mailing your order.
If You Move-Please notify us by mail immediately. A post card will do. Clearly type or print your new address, complete with ZIP or Postal Code, so that we can get your order directly to you.
